Returns & Refund

As a Consumer (you purchase the goods for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason.

The deadline to withdraw from the Agreement expires within 30 days from the day following the date on which: the order was received, a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the product, the last part of the order was received, if the order was processed in parts, If you want to exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, notify us of your decision by sending us a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement before the deadline to withdraw from the Agreement.

Pellelife is committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Currently, Pellelife offers unjustified returns for 30 days. Pellelife is responsible for return shipping costs for orders that comply with the return policy.

After receiving the goods, check if the delivered goods are defective and decide if the purchased goods will suit you within 30 days. If you wish to return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package.

Within 3 working days, we will contact you to arrange further steps. Only after receiving the message from us with the return instructions, you can send the returned product. Return submitted or sent to the wrong address will not be accepted. 

When and how will the refund be made?

In the event that you withdraw from the Agreement, we will refund you the received payment for the product no later than 30 days from the date on which we were informed about this fact. We will refund the payment using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
If you paid for the order on delivery, please provide your invoice number or postal order details, to which we will be able to refund the money. This only applies if you return the order to the warehouse.
We may withhold the return until receipt of the product or until proof of its return is provided to us, whichever occurs first.
We may withhold the reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

 

Your deadlines and costs

The product must be returned within 30 days of notifying us of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement. The deadline is met if the shipment reaches us before the period of 30 days has expired. You bear the cost of sending the product back to the warehouse. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Note - in the case of products purchased in the promotion (especially package), please read the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Product Dissatisfaction Returns: If the product you have purchased does not exhibit quality or manufacturing defects, but you wish to recall your purchase, you can contact Customer Service to return the product within the first 30 business days of receiving your order. Customer service will guide you through the return process. Please note that for returns due to dissatisfaction, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Return for quality issues: You can return the product by submitting a warranty claim or by contacting customer service. Pellelife will cover the full shipping cost of products returned for quality reasons.


THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT DOESN'T HAVE:

  • if the pellelife.eu online store has fully provided the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who has been informed before the commencement of the service that after the performance of the service by the pellelife.eu online store, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract,
  • when the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
  • when the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery,
  • when newspapers, periodicals or magazines are delivered, with the exception of a subscription agreement,
  • when digital content is delivered that is not saved on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the Consumer's express consent (acceptance of the appropriate field when placing the order) before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing him by the pellelife.eu online store (information in the regulations, in this tab and when placing the order) about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

Complaints

If you are a Consumer, if the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the following e-mail address: service@pellelife.com.

Due to the defect, you can request:

  • exchange of things for one free from defects,
  • defect removal,

or make a statement about:

  • lowering the price,
  • withdrawal from the contract - in the event of a material defect.

We are responsible to you for defects found within two years from the date of delivery of the item.

Consideration of your complaint (response to it) will take place within 3 days from the date we receive your complaint.
